Standard Cup:
Add 1–1.5 tbsp of tea to 8–12 oz hot water
Steep 7–10 minutes
Stronger Digestive Brew:
Add 2 tbsp to 12 oz water
Simmer gently on the stove for 10 minutes, then steep another 5 minutes
Ideal for bloating or nausea flare-ups
Great iced:
Brew strong + cool → pour over ice → add lemon or honey for a refreshing gut-friendly drink.
